ADECA's Community and Economic Development Division holds an annual public hearing on the state plans that govern how LIHEAP and CSBG dollars flow to Alabama's 18 community action agencies.
Draft plans are posted on the ADECA website ahead of the hearing. Written comments may be submitted in advance and oral comment is taken during the virtual session.
