A hybrid cohort preparing agency staff to serve as digital navigators: assessing household connectivity needs, enrolling families in low-cost internet offers, sourcing devices and coaching basic digital skills.
Participants join online for instruction and gather at the Dothan hub for practice clinics with community members.
