Weatherization Fundamentals is the entry course for crew members, auditors and agency staff new to building science and the Weatherization Assistance Program.

- House-as-a-system building science: heat, air and moisture flow
- Blower-door and diagnostic basics
- Insulation and air-sealing priorities in Alabama's climate
- Combustion safety and worker health and safety
- Programme documentation and quality expectations
